Speedboat Transfer

• Speedboat transfers do not follow fixed schedules and are organized by the resort. You will be accommodated on the first available shared speedboat, timed to align with your international flight arrival.

• Your flight arrival details, as provided in your booking, will be promptly shared with the resort.

• If you did not include your flight details in your booking reservaYon, please provide them as soon as possible via email at sales@crewholidays.com.

• Upon your arrival, our representative will meet you outside the arrival hall and guide you through the speedboat transfer process or introduce you to a resort representative who will assist further.

Seaplane Transfer

• Seaplane transfers are arranged by the resort based on your international flight arrival details. You will be accommodated on the first available shared seaplane.

• If you did not include your flight details in your booking reservaYon, please provide them as soon as possible via email at sales@crewholidays.com.

• Upon your arrival, our representative will meet you outside the arrival hall, assist with your luggage, and guide you through the seaplane check-in process located within the arrival hall.

• A short 10-minute bus ride will take you to the seaplane terminal, where you will wait in a designated area.

• The seaplane flight takes approximately 30 to 50 minutes, delivering you directly to the resort.

Important Notes:

• The seaplane company is a third-party operator and functions independently under the flying hours’ restrictions imposed by the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority (MCAA). Operations are subject to weather conditions and daylight hours (sunrise to sunset).

• Arrival: To ensure same-day arrival at your resort, please schedule your international flight to arrive in the Maldives before 15:00 (local time). Seaplane check-in closes at 16:15 (local time). If no suitable flights are available, consider spending a night in Male or Hulhumale to enjoy the local lifestyle.

• Departure: Seaplane services cater to international flight departures scheduled after 09:00 (local time).

• Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed 25 kg (20 kg checked luggage and 5 kg hand luggage). Individual bags should not exceed 32 kg. Excess baggage is charged at USD 5.00 per kg, plus applicable taxes.

Domestic Flight

• Domestic flights are arranged by the resort based on your international flight arrival details.

• If you did not include your flight details in your booking reservaYon, please provide them as soon as possible via email at sales@crewholidays.com.

• Maldives Domestic Airlines operate both day and night, offering flexible travel options.

• The domestic terminal is a convenient 2-minute walk from the international arrivals terminal.

• Please be prepared for a waiting period at the domestic terminal, which may range from 1 to 4 hours. The exact departure time will be shared after 18:00 on the day before your departure.
