Booking Request
The payment will be pre-authorized and placed on hold only. The reservation is subject to availability until the final booking confirmation is received from the resort. We will confirm the availability of the selected accommodation as soon as possible, usually within a few hours. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for certain resorts due to weekends, public holidays, out-of-office hours, or the closure of the reservation department. Please note that www.maldives.ae does not display live availability. All rates are final and include all services, accommodation, meal plans, taxes, fees, transfers, and local assistance services at the destination.No hidden charges or fees).
If Selected Accommodation is Available
We will proceed with the booking and send you a booking confirmation email, along with a confirmation voucher for your travel. The pre-authorized payment will then be processed, and your credit/debit card will be automatically charged
If Selected Accommodation is Not Available
If the selected accommodation is not available, we will contact you to offer alternative options. If none of the alternatives are suitable, the pre-authorized payment will be automatically released/refunded to your bank account.
