Check-in and Check-out policy

Check-in is typically at 2:00 PM; however, resorts make every effort to accommodate guests as quickly as possible upon arrival. The timing may vary depending on the resort's current occupancy and availability. Should you need to wait for a short time, please rest assured that you will have access to all resort facilities during your wait.


Check-out time is typically at 12:00 PM. In some cases, resorts may offer a 1-2 hour extension, depending on the current occupancy and availability on the day of departure. Regardless, you will have access to all resort facilities until the time of your transfer.

Transfer

Adaaran Club Rannalhi is reachable exclusively via speedboat, with a transfer time of approximately 30 minutes from Malé Velana International Airport.

Speedboat transfers do not operate on fixed schedules and are arranged directly by the resort. Guests will be transported on the next available shared speedboat based on their international flight arrival time. We will promptly forward your flight arrival details, as provided in your booking reservation, to the resort. Upon arrival in Malé, our representative will meet you outside the arrival hall to guide you through the speedboat transfer process or introduce you to a resort representative who will assist you further.

Child Policy

Children can only be accommodated in Water Villas if parents sign a liability disclaimer.

Inclusion

Value Additions for All Room Types:

  • 30-minute Spa treatment (once per stay for the couple). Not applicable for additional adults or children. Minimum stay of 3 nights required.
  • 10% Discount on the Excursion Bill (discount will be applied to the final bill before tax, excluding excursions organized by third parties, e.g., water sports and diving).
  • All-Inclusive Extension Until Guest’s Departure: Includes snacks and all-inclusive beverages for all occupants, excluding accommodation and meals.

Honeymoon Inclusions:

  • Romantic bed decoration (once during the stay).
  • One honeymoon cake.
  • Romantic turndown service (once per stay, on request).
  • Honeymooners’ dinner (once per stay, for a minimum stay of 4 nights).

Wedding Anniversaries:

  • Anniversary cake (once during the stay).
  • Bed decoration (once per stay).
  • Bottle of wine on arrival.

Birthdays:

  • Birthday cake (once during the stay).
  • Bottle of wine on arrival.
  • Fruit basket on arrival.
  • Birthday bed decoration (once during the stay).

Conditions:

  • The occasion must be informed at the time of booking.
  • A valid supporting document must be submitted where applicable (e.g., wedding certificate for honeymoon or anniversary).
  • Travel must coincide with the respective occasion (within six months of the wedding date for honeymoon, on the anniversary date for anniversaries, and on the birthday date for birthdays).
  • The resort reserves the right to verify this information at check-in.
